My torsion spring broke on a single garage door. I called Aaron at 8 who gave an accurate estimate over the phone. The crew was here by 9 and done in about an hour. I really enjoyed the experience of getting a new large garage door for my barn from Aaron Door Company. Every employee, from estimate to selection of the door and through installation and payment was exemplary. This was great customer service! The installation went smoothly and on time. The crew leader took the time to program the opener that came installed in my pickup truck. This was over and above the normal service, done by a technician who had full professional knowledge of his product. Afterwards, the crew did a thorough cleanup. This family run business goes out of their way to make their customers happy. Yesterday my garage door would not close completely. I called them and they were out within an hour. They discovered that There was a leaf stuck to the bottom of the door that was interfering with the eye, preventing it to close. “Sunday night our garage door spring broke. Monday morning I contacted Aaron Door via email to try to arrange getting it fixed. Linda responded within minutes. Within an hour techs were on their way to measure for the replacement springs. Within an hour they were back and replacing them. I am astonished at how efficient and easy the repair was completed. I am thrilled with the communication between Linda, the techs, and myself to coordinate the repair. I expected to have to make multiple calls, arrange appointments, and deal with no garage door for a few days. None of that occurred. I literally called with the request and at the end of the day, at my convenience, called back with the payment information. “My daughter crashed into one of our two single garage doors. Money is tight, so we were looking for the most economical fix. Based on MY schedule, Aaron Door came out and determined we only needed a bottom panel and we didn’t have to replace the entire door. In addition to the bottom panel, they fixed/adjusted the cables, rollers and the track and all is new. In addition, they service both doors at no additional charge. They’re are many garage door repair services out there and we are sure glad we chose Aaron Door now and in the future!”

Throughout my search for a single section replacement for our Colonial Style, Customer Designed Garage Door, I became discourage in my quest to find a true, integrity driven service provider to help me locate an acceptable match. Being that our garage door is larger than standard size, I was told time and again, by a number of garage door replacement companies, that the cost for such a replacement would be a considerable expense. In fact, the common suggestion was that I should alternatively consider replacing the entire garage door which in turn was quoted to cost thousands of dollars. Needless to say, an all new wooden door with patterned sections and windows across it’s width, was out of the question for our current budget.
