At the young age of 41, Jerry and Sandra Pfeiffer opened Aaron Door Company in Chagrin Falls, Ohio in 1979. Their focus was the industrial/commercial market working with Rite-Aid, Republic Steel, Cornell Garage Door, Dynaflair Corporation, Metro Door and many malls throughout northeast and central Ohio. Jerry worked at night when the malls were closed, servicing, maintaining and installing security gates, side slider grills and doors. Sandra managed the administrative responsibilities during the day. Their focus turned towards residential customers. Chagrin Falls and the surrounding areas have always been extremely loyal!
The Pfeiffers had been residents of Chagrin Falls for over 40 years. They have four children who graduated from the Chagrin Falls school system. Rob Pfeiffer graduated in 1977, Linda Pfeiffer-Schinness in 1978, Al Pfeiffer in 1979 and Lisa Pfeiffer-Braun in 1980. Al has worked for 14 years with Aaron Door.
Jerry passed away in May of 2012. The four children have joined Sandra to continue the family business.
